Talking about CSR

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is fundamentally a duty that every enterprise should uphold. Recently, the world has been disturbed by the Coronavirus pandemic, which has resulted in a serious impact on humanity. During this battle against the virus, doctors and nurses have done an exceptional job.

Our Company's Action

As a training institution, our company decided to contribute by supplying free English courses for these healthcare professionals. Being a staff member of this company, I feel very proud of this initiative. My colleagues share the same sentiment.

The Value of Responsibility

A corporation should understand its responsibility to society and do what it can. While some may argue that such actions cost significant time or money and are not a corporation's primary responsibility—which is often seen as generating profit—a forward-looking company understands otherwise.

  • Healthy Operation: CSR can make a corporation operate in a healthier way.
  • Employee Impact: It positively affects the staff, fostering a sense of purpose.
  • Long-term Benefits: Beyond immediate financial benefits, it brings spiritual fulfillment and reputation growth.

Reputation and Future Growth

Reputation is a crucial part of corporate development. It creates a virtuous cycle: if a corporation does more for society, it can gain more in return. If a company can see the future, it won't just focus on immediate benefits, but also on the responsibilities it holds. We are part of society, and we should contribute what we can.
